I'm an entrepreneur, strategy consultant, and AI enthusiast, partnering with VCs & entrepreneurs from idea to Series B. I'm passionate about technology companies that enhance the way we work and live. My mission is to support exceptional teams with purpose and agility, and be their ultimate business partner. I collaborate closely with startups to identify crucial factors that drive their success, helping them achieve their goals while staying true to their core values.

As pronounced in Italian, "Luchano," a 3rd generation Italian, I was born in Buenos Aires and dropped out of software engineering university at 22 years old. Driven by determination, I spent 7 years establishing my own product & marketing agency before finding my way to Munich, Germany, where I continue to thrive in the tech industry.

Passionate about playing drums and occasionally DJ-ing, my tenacity is matched only by my love for self-improvement and drive for personal growth. I live life to the fullest, creating impact and forming meaningful connections with those around me. However, be prepared: to be friends, you'll need to tolerate my puns and dad jokes!
